Brian Sundano
Brian Sudano was Managing Partner and COO of Beverage Marketing Corporation’s strategic consulting group BMCSA for 25 years. His experience covers nearly the entire beverage industry, from energy drinks to wine, with special expertise in key strategic issues by virtue of varied industry experience and broad range of projects. Before joining BMC, Brian Sudano was the VP of Business Processes at Constellation Brands, where he held the position of VP Business Processes, where he lead the due diligence and transition efforts for entering the premium wine business, as well as provided oversight of business risk management. Prior to Constellation Brands, Brian Sudano was with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons for 10 years, holding various positions across business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and finance. Brian Sudano lead Seagram’s entry into beer business, organizational realignments and business integration and expansion strategies.
Brian Sudano received an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, and is a magna cum laude and honors graduate from Delaware Valley College receiving a BS and a New Jersey CPA. He is regularly quoted in leading global business publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Forbs and The Economist, has spoken at many beverage industry events, and is a contributing editor at Beverage World magazine.
Jose Martinez-Robles
Jose Martinez-Robles has extensive beverage industry experience as well as in management consulting and advisory services, having held senior positions at InBev, InBev USA, and Labatt Breweries of Canada. Prior to InBev, Jose Martinez-Robles acted as Managing Partner at EQUITUM, a financial and strategic advisory firm in Mexico City. He was also a Director at N M Rothschild & Sons where over the course of 9 years he provided merger, strategic and restructuring advisory services to major corporations and governments throughout Latin America. Jose Martinez-Robles began his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, working within the chemicals, telecommunications and oil and gas sectors.
Jose Martinez-Robles, holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City). Jose is responsible for the firm’s Latin American and Southern European practice. He is a dual citizen of Mexico and the U.S. and has native command of Spanish and English.
Julius Criscione
Julius Criscione is a seasoned professional in the global beverage industry. Prior to joining S&D Insights, he held senior sale position roles in the US for UK based Britvic. Ukrainian Wine & Spirits producers Global Spirits and Bayadera, and the Alexandrion Group from Romania. In these roles he was responsible for launching several new brands onto the market.
Prior to those roles, Julius had an extensive cross-functional career at Pernod Ricard USA where he held several senior level cross-functional positions including Director of Market Development and Vice President International for Wild Turkey Bourbon, Vice President Ready-To-Drink for Seagram’s Escapes, Vice President Operations for Malibu-Kahlua International, and Vice President Inventory Management. Julius led several strategic initiatives with respect to brand divestures, the integration of new brands into the organization, and commercial excellence where the Customer Service department achieved ISO 9001 certification. Julius was a member of the Executive Committee at Pernod Ricard USA and Malibu-Kahlua International and was an alternate member of the International Affairs Committee at DISCUS.
Julius Criscione received an MBA from Long Island University – CW Post with a concentration in Finance and is a graduate of Fordham University where he received a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. Julius’ academic background and cross-functional professional experiences provide him with strong industry acumen delivering holistic insights into complex business issues.
Beverly Carey
Beverly Carey serves as the Operations and Human Resources Manager at S&D. A distinguished professional with a solid foundation in business administration and human resources management, Beverly earned her degree from Pace University in New York.
Before joining S&D, Beverly held key leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Beverage Marketing Corporation and Human Resources and Benefits Manager at Long Island Head Start. Her wealth of experience in both operations and HR has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and people management.
Driven by a commitment to professional growth, Beverly is currently pursuing her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, further enhancing her expertise and credentials in the field.

Tammy L. Blersch brings her expertise as the AP Manager and Bookkeeper to S&D, where she ensures smooth financial operations. A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Accounting, Tammy’s solid academic foundation underpins her meticulous approach to managing finances.
In addition to her role at S&D, Tammy serves as the Payroll Administrator at Long Island Head Start, where she demonstrates her versatility and commitment to financial management.
